Tattoo first made an appearance on Big Boy's Neighborhood in 2000 when he tattooed "I slept with Shaq" on his forehead to get tickets to a Lakers playoff game. Tattoo is now a member of Big Boy's neighborhood, and he continues to do outrageous stuff on the air.
